Hashiguchi Goyoh / 橋口 五葉

We are pleased to introduce a wonderful item by Hashiguchi Goyoh (December 21, 1881 – February 24, 1921). He was active from the end of the Meiji period to the Taisho period as a binding artist for literary books and a researcher of ukiyo-e woodblock prints. In his final years, he died suddenly just as he was about to break new ground as a new print artist.
