"Clockwork Dragonling" iPhone 7 Case

A very special piece I debuted & sold this piece for the Dragon*Con 2014 Art Show - it was created for Dragon*Con's convention room key cards for the Hyatt Regency Atlanta (and also graced the back of the DragonCon pocket program books too!). I am so happy with how this one turned out - my little dragonling is clockwork - made of metal - and his fairy / angel companion has a definite steampunk flair with her aviator goggles and mechanical wings. Since it was a room key card design, I incorporated the "old" DragonCon logo into the shape of the key shown (and the "new" DragonCon logo was added up in the sky for the actual key card & promo materials - not shown). The original piece sold, but prints, canvases & posters are available. This is my own original acrylic painting. -
A Candle in the Dark gothic fairy skull Binder

"A Candle in the Dark" is the title - a GORGEOUS gothling fairy - bat wings and black boots - her eyes brimming with tears. Her blonde hair drips down over her shoulders as she holds a vigil over the pile of skulls she is seated on. The lighting in this piece is striking - emanating from the candle she cradles in the dark. This is my own original acrylic painting. -
"Occulta Cordis" Plaque

Occulta Cordis - Latin for "Secret Heart" - inspired by medieval and renaissance icon images of saints, this beauty holds an ornate Sacred Heart, with a keyhole lock..... I debuted & sold her at the Sarasota Medieval Fair 2011. My husband Matt made the gothic altar frame for the original celacrylic painting. -
Dragonling Garden 2 dragon fairy Shirt

Dragonling Garden II" is the title - the second of what will be a series of three paintings featuring night gardens, faery girls & their dragonling companions. This was a painting commissioned by the Bradford Exchange for my upcoming series of collector's plates. This is a BEAUTIFUL piece - a quiet moment with a fairy girl and her little purple dragon pet - sitting in a moonlit garden with twilight flowers blooming about her. The colours on this are GORGEOUS! I love it!! My own original acrylic painting. -

Steampunk Alice in Wonderland: Alice in Clockwork

Alice in Clockwork - the first of a slightly more refined/grown-uppish Alice in Wonderland series I'm working on - with a steampunk flair. The original won the Juried award in the 2008 Dragon*Con Art Show! It features Alice with a more subdued colour palette with clockwork (elaborating on the juxtaposition of time and pocketwatch themes in the stories), and is absolutely gorgeous. This is my own original acrylic painting. -
